External Evaluation of Program Review

The Department of Quality Assurance (DQA) at Foundation University Islamabad conducted the Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE)
2024 - 2025 for the MS Computer Sciences (MSCS), Program of Faculty of Engineering & IT, Bachelor of Computer Arts (BCA), Program of Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences and BS Accounting & Finance (BSAF), Program of Faculty of Management Sciences at Foundation University School of Science & Technology - FUSST on Thursday, 22 May 2025.

 

For this purpose, Professor Dr. Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Dean Faculty of Management Sciences International Islamic University Islamabad, Professor Dr. Farrukh Shahzad, HoD Arts & Media Studies, Bahria University Islamabad and Professor Dr. Waseem Shahzad, Director Campus, Fast University Islamabad, were invited as the external subject experts. They thoroughly reviewed the programs based on eight criteria in the Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) Manual of the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

 

During the visit, the external experts interacted with the faculty and students of the respective department and inspected institutional resources, including the library, laboratories, faculty offices, lecture halls and other relevant facilities.

 

The exit meeting was chaired by Acting Director FUSST. In this meeting, the external experts appreciated the efforts of the Program Team (PT) for preparing a 
comprehensive Program Review for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) 2024-2025 report and also shared valuable recommendations for the further improvement of the program.
