Students And Academics Related Responsibilities:-
The Deputy Registrar General – DR – III will work under the Registrar and shall:-

  • Prepare all University presentations for ECM, BOG as well as to visiting delegations etc. Conduct all correspondence and staff work related to BOG, ECM, DCM etc.
  • Deal with all matters pertaining to Library Affairs of the Campuses and the FUI Alumni.
  • Plan, coordinate and carry out all correspondence related to convocations, i.e. issuance of general instructions, preparation of proceedings and monitor students’ rehearsals etc.
  • Deal with all matters pertaining to the University Ordinance, Service Statutes, Leave Statutes and Rules of Business and all scholarships etc.
  • Monitor all co-curricular and extra-curricular activities of the campuses like sports, debates, seminars, workshops, visits, cultural and Students Week etc
  • All matters related to the establishment of new campuses of the University.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Registrar and duties of DR- I and/or DR-II in their absence in addition to his own duties.
