Call for Application for Bilateral Student Exchange Program the 2024-25 Spring Semester at Istanbul Aydin University (IAU), Turkiye

 

We are pleased to share with you the Call for Application for the Bilateral Student Exchange Program in the upcoming 2025 spring semester at Istanbul Aydın University, Turkiye. It is requested to share your nominations with the International Office, wherein, only two (2) students will be selected to pursue studies in IAU under our agreement for one or two semesters.
Please send your exchange student nominations to international@fui.edu.pk by 25th October, 2024 including the name, department, level and year of study and the contact information of the nominated student. Upon acceptance of nomination by the IAU, we will notify you and the students to complete an Exchange Student Applicationn process according to the program details and documents listed below:

Nomination Deadline: 25th October 2024
Application Deadline for nominated students: 13th November 2024

Application Criteria:

·  Minimum 2.50/4.00 CGPA for the students in the Associate and Bachelor`s programs

·  Minimum 3.00/4.00 GPA for masters and doctorate students

·  English Language proficiency test results or certificates

·  Important Note: Some departments at IAU have courses taught in English. Exchange students who are not fluent in Turkish will be taking courses at these departments: Business, International Trade, Political Science and International Relations, Aviation Management, English Language and Literature, English Language Teacher Education, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Medicine and Dentistry (first 3 years of classes only for full academic year)

Call for Application for the Bilateral Student Exchange Program in Istanbul Kultur University (IKU), Turkiye for the Academic Year 2024-25

 

We are pleased to share with you the Call for Application for the Bilateral Student Exchange Program in the upcoming academic year at Istanbul Kultur University, Turkiye. It is requested to share your nominations with the International Office, wherein, only three (3) students will be selected to pursue studies in IKU under our agreement.

 

Please send your exchange student nominations to international@fui.edu.pk by 20th June 2024 (for Fall Term or Full Academic Year) or by 25 November 2024 (for the Spring Term) including the name, department, level and year of study and the contact information of the nominated student. In addition, we already have a dedicated focal person from DBA, the HoDs of Deptt of Electrical Engineering and Deptt of English are requested to also kindly nominate their respective Focal Person and share with us his/her information, please.

 

It is further to inform that under this agreement, FUI students will pay their regular tuition fee at FUI for their semester exchange at IKU and that IKU will not charge our students for tuition fee. In addition, the students will bear their Visa fee, accomodation charges, insurance, travel expenses, residence permit and food expenses. A detailed guide for exchange students at IKU is enclosed herewith.

Upon acceptance of nomination by the IKU, we will notify you and the students to complete an Exchange Student Application process according to the program details and documents listed below:

Nomination Deadline: 20 June 2024 (for Fall Term or Full Academic Year)

Application Criteria:

·  Minimum 2.20/4.00 GPA for the students in the Associate and Bachelor`s programs

·  Important Note: Exchange students who are not fluent in Turkish will be taking courses in these departments: Business, Computer Engineering, Electric and Electronics Engineering, English Language and Literature.

Call for Application for the Bilateral Student Exchange Program in   

Istanbul Aydin University for the Academic Year 2022-23

We are pleased to share with you the Call for Application for the Bilateral Student Exchange Program in the upcoming academic year. Within the framework of our Bilateral Exchange agreement with IAU, you are requested to nominate 2 exchange students per academic year, who can study at IAU for one or two semesters.

 

Please send your exchange student nominations to international@fui.edu.pk by 15th May 2023 including the name, department, level and year of study and the contact information of the nominated student. In addition, we already have a dedicated focal person from DBA and DSE, the HoDs of Deptt of Aviation Management and Deptt of English are requested to also kindly nominate their respective Focal Person. 

In addition, It is pertinent to mention here that two (2) students of deptt of Software Engineering have already completed one semester at IAU under this bilateral exchange agreement. These students have arranged for an awareness seminar this coming Wednesday, May 10, 2023. For more information on this seminar, please contact the DSE focal person (Dr. Aqeel Iqbal) cc'd to this email.

Bilateral Students Exchange – Istanbul Aydin University, Turkiye

By the grace of Almighty Allah (S.W.T), FUI students, Mr. Muhammad Hasnat Umar & Mr. Muhammad Zarnain Nadeem – BS Software Engineering (FUSST) have successfully completed their 5th semester under the Bilateral Exchange opportunity at Istanbul Aydin University. The international office (FUI) encourages its students to take part in mobility opportunities and enhance their learning abilities with international exposures. A little Heads up for FUSST Students, the next call for bilateral exchange will be announced in the month of May 2023.
