Payment Terms

The students will also make the following payments:

Thesis Examination fee: Rs. 5,000/- per student for all Masters & MPhil level Programs.

Rs. 10,000/- per student for PhD Program.

Comperhensive Examination fee: Rs. 5,000/- per student (for each attempt) for PhD Programs

Tuition fee for failed course(s): Rs. 1,500/- per credit hour, per course for the students who repeat failed course(s).

Notes:

1. The College may revise the Fee Structure from time to time. The revised charges in the Fee Structure will be intimated well in time to all concerned and will be

applicable to all the students of FUCLAS.

2. The students are given a fee deposit schedule at the time of admission and

subsequently in December each year. The schedule generally provides the

following information:

·          The last date for depositing the fee/dues.

·          The last date for depositing the fee/dues with a specified fine (in case the fee/dues are not deposited by the specific time). The name of the student will be struck off from the College rolls, if he/she does not pay the dues by the specified time. The readmission of the student will only be considered after due approval of Principal of the College.

Mode of Payment:

All payments to the College shall be made through crossed bank drafts/ pay orders, payable in favour of the Foundation University Islamabad.

The students will deposit their dues by means of prescribed challan form available in the designated branches of Muslim Commercial Bank/ FUCLAS Accounts Office.

The student after depositing his/her dues will retain one copy of challan form and submit remaining copies to FUCLAS Accounts Office for record.

 

Admission fee shall not be refunded in any case.

2. Tuition fee (FUIEMS & FUCLAS) will be refunded if the student’s application is received by the Institute/College at least one working week before the commencement of classes.

3. A student once registered for course(s) in any semester will not be refunded any fee.

4. Tuition fee (FUMC) will be refunded as per following details:-

a. If the student wishes to leave the institution and does not join on commencement of classes =100%

b. If the student leaves the institution with in two months of commencement of classes = 50%

c. After two months = Nil.

5. Tuition Fee will not be adjusted against any other student dues.

6. If a student decides to leave the hostel during the 1st half of the calendar year and provided he/she gives a month’s notice only then, the hostel dues for the 2nd half of the calendar year will be refunded.

7. Security money will be refunded after adjusting outstanding dues (if any).
